Virtual On: I didn't realize at first that you were talking about VO 2, and I was all "what do you mean, like 65% of the people I played VO with picked Apharmd". In the VO 1 days, it was maybe 65 Apharmd, 25 Viper, 5 Temjin, and 5 Raiden. There was one guy who was a die-hard Fei-Yen player, but he invariably got his ass handed to him.

SO you didn't like this week's 24 so much, but what to you think of Kiefer Sutherland's Jack Bauer-ish shenanigans? He gave a fashion designer a hedbutt for the honor of Brooke Shields. No, I do not have an animated gif.

Joel, at least seven people bought virtual on, because I did. I tried adding you, but you're too popular.
The thing about Virtual On is that I'm terrible at the game, but I only ever played it a handful of times. It was the game I always wanted to play at the arcade, but none of my friends wanted anything to do with it, what with having to beat Time Crisis without getting hit for the four hundredth time. Also, I never had a Dreamcast, so I've got little to no experience at all with the game. Still, I feel like I was at least as giddy as the other six or seven people who got all pumped up about it. -
One of the things about 24 is that as soon as a bad guy is the only person with valuable intel, any civilian around them gains incredible combat powers. The brother broke that mirror and stabbed the guy who was holding him at gunpoint in about .5 seconds. So fast, that he should probably be working for the FBI. I remember the same thing happening in an earlier season where they sent in the girlfriend of an assassin to pretend everything was ok, and she snapped and ganked this highly trained assassin with a pointy object that was lying around.
Also, I started crying when I got to the Weekend at Bernie's part of this episode, and there was really no way to pass it off as coughing. -
I have played some really laggy games with people on the forums here but I am always down for more.

So yeah that I have been playing plants vs zombies and it is getting to the point of crazy hard. I am on the roff of my house because apparently if zombies walk over your house then your screwed? It is still somewhat enjoyable but I am trying to get through the adventure mode so I can play the puzzles and mini-games which is what I am really looking forward to.
Good podcast guys. another podcast about 24, but at least you guys make it interesting.

I irritate all the people around me, because I can't help the explosive fits of laughter. This one nearly had me crying, especially with Tony bringing in the dead Muslim guy into the airport.

All the podcasts about 24 are interesting. As I've said in the past, you guys should start doing 24 every week, just going through the back catalogue. What could be better? -
Virtual On is now the only reason I would want a 360. Why couldn't this be on the Wii or the PS3?
Goddamnit Sega, where's my Dreamcast (or Saturn) 2?! I miss Segata-san Shiro and the 6 button control pad. ;_; -
