Well thats because it makes very little sense at first glance. The ninja dude with two swords? Well that guy is a tank, obviously. The gigantic suit of terrifying armor? Well thats a mage if ever i seen one. The dude wearing armor, with a gigantic shield, and a pretty big hammer? That is a healer sir. Lu bu? Pretty much lu bu, actually.

Im down with dominion or twisted treeline, my only reservation is that 5v5 is the 'standard', and playing those ones on the way up teaches you bad habits. 1375 gold and 3 levels gives you crazy ideas like 'jax is strong from the get-go' and 'poppy is invulnerable at all times' and 'eve is playable' and 'mundo goes where he pleases'.

You just have to rush Warmogs on Mundo. The rest of a game is a delightful stroll towards victory unless a lane seriously messes up.

I just had to slog through a 4v5normal with mundo. I know the man likes warmogs, but since the nerfs to it i always have trouble convincing myself to get it. Randuins is too nice for teamfights,frozen mallet makes him super tanky and capable of even more cc, and force of nature makes him go fast. You gotta go fast. Theres no room for warmogs after that.

Edit: god i wish i could play lee sin more. If you can get past him having seven abilities, hes just so swag. Unfortunate that he has to toplane or jungle into tanky dps. Its taking a really sweet car and using it purely for driving to the corner store. For twinkies and a forty.

The meta is mainly set up the way it is, with top being a solo lane, and bot being a duo, for dragon control. With more people down there early into the game, you'll have an easier time securing dragons, that's all it really is.

Jungle. The 5th person kills the neutral creep spread throughout the map. Top isn't always solo but conventional wisdom is that only fags don't have a jungle on the team you fucking noob. At least that is what I've been told by more than one helpful LoL teammate.

I've been in the wonderful state of Maine for the past few days. I should be back in the saddle tomorrow night and seriously hurting for some LoL action.

Conversely if you can set up a decent kill lane, the jungler's value is diminished. They cant come in on you because youre just as capable of wrecking them, and their teammates tend to hump their tower for fear of you.

On my sub level 30 games I only occasionally see jungler and it's extremely rare to see a game where both teams have junglers.

I recommend going to http://www.solomid.net/guides.php if you are having trouble with skill builds or item guides. You really shouldn't attack an opponent under a tower unless you have 3+ team mates around or are around level 12ish. I usually don't "dive" towers because that is how games get turned around in the opponent's favor.

Garen is the most newbie friendly character to play in the Battle Tutorial. You want to use his q ability to make your next attack do more damage and have a silence effect. Then you want to activate his e ability to make him spin around and do damage. Use these two abilities to widdle down your opponents in lane while avoiding tower attacks. You will use his ultimate to finish off guys when they are around 1/4 health. Take a point in his w ability around level 2-3 but level it last.

Another way to help your game is to practice last hitting. You will not get gold for killing a minion unless you deliver the final blow. Try to gage how much damage your attacks do to the minions and only attack when you know you will get the kill. It can be easier to use your abilities to deal more damage to the minions, but then you won't have them to harass the opponents. It's a very situational and champion dependent trade off.

LoL requires a copilot and voice chat. You can't go into it alone.

You should try reinstalling it.

I've been using Teamspeak with muh bros. It's a lot easier to call for ganks and MIAs.

He just means any voice chat makes it easier.

I'm excited for new Eve.

I'm more psyched for the new champ than the proposed reboots. Her skill set sounds really interesting. I also played a few games as Jayce recently. He is mad fun.
