Well, the dog has the evade buff, and I pretty much never used the defense buff, and she gt the attack buff really late in the game, so I only used it on the last couple bosses. Buffing in persona is a pain in the ass. I love casting six spells every three turns.
I had to wince when you guys were bagging on Diana Troi's mom and how horrible she was. That actress, Majel Barrett, was Gene Roddenberry's wife! (also the voice of the computer)
That bit about SFIII 3rd Strike was hilarious! I still have fond memories when that came out in the arcades, especially since I had already been playing SFIII Giant Attack... To this day though, I still miss Sean's double punch shoryuken that became a double fist shoryuken in SF III 3rd Strike... that second punch is just so satisfying! He definitely became an even weaker character in 3rd Strike, which is too bad cuz he was a really cool variation from Ryu and Ken.
Can't wait for the Madmen episode were they figure out how to market driveway gravel as food. Grape Nuts are not good. I do think this Space Show might be though. And as usual the podcast is quite enjoyable like a nice bowl of Kix.

I did not know that. It doesn't change the fact that I have never made it through a complete episode in which she was a key figure. There may have been one invovling an assissination plot during a diplomatic mission that was somewhat interesting, but that was probably only due to the possibility that her character might die.
Well, I don't mean just that. Even when I'm logged in (like right now) it doesn't let me comment at the blog. I have to click the three links and find this thread. It even says I have no avatar even though I can see it here in the forums. It was working before (I was able to comment fine on the Limbo article) but I don't know what's happened now.
Joel every episode of Next Generation had that plot about a diplomatic assassination attempt with somebody who had a secret from his/her past arriving on the ship and then they almost get into an incident that might result in some kind of action but technobable and the self righteous flawless crew manage to save the day mostly with their words. I never understood why that show was so popular. DS9 had some more flawed dark stuff in the later season with that war. And it was Moore who did BSG so that was good.
When you mentioned during the "Welcome to the Space Show" review that the kids brought 'Polly-O' to the alien planet, I was sure you meant this http://www.kraftrecipes.com/assets/images/ocpimages/71040/06310cf.gif
Barkley as played by Dwight Schultz was the best Star Trek: TNG character. He was by far the most believeable character, too, because he only used the holodeck for getting laid.

FTFY
Also damn you for beating me to the punch!
Edit: Looked over Dwight Schultz's wikipedia page, he's a conservative talking head now.
