Also meat pies are a regular staple in the Australian diet, much like the sausage roll (pigs in a blanket in america, I think). Usually eaten with tomato sauce and beer. Peas on the other hand are not authentic aussie cuisine. -

The best part of the show was how Kagura's new sword was basically a gunblade, and that she gets out of a sword lock with Yomi by shooting it, which ejects the shell into Yomi's face. That was pretty good. Dammit, now I want to make a gif of it.

That argument fails because chili peppers are still often called chili peppers in Australia. It's unfortunate that the term "pepper" is used for unrelated types of plant, but that's just how it is. Speaking of raisins... I feel similarly about pineapple in a savory application. It makes everything taste like garbage to me. Pizza, stirfry, other weird dishes I can't think of. I will begrudgingly accept it with ham. Other than that.... dessert or alone, pineapple. DESSERT OR ALONE!!!!

Pineapple is great in fried rice. I also used it on top of some creole rice that I served with jerk spiced grilled chicken the other week, and that worked out well.

Sadly she's a retired chief and had I followed through on that inevitable and reasonable impulse I'd still be removing a current chief's boot from my ass. Also no more of my recommendations anymore for fear I'll suggest something other than Prometheus which plays every day.

The Raid is an awesome movie, but I understand your feeling icky watching it. My wife was literally screaming for half of the stabbing scenes.
