I think I may have purged a real account while culling the spam applications. Someone said 'book club' in their application and I didn't realize it until I'd already clicked delete, because we get like 40 fake applications a day and I just deny them in bulk.
So if that person is reading this thread, reapply. -
October's book hasn't been chosen yet. I should get on that. September's book is listed in the Book Club section, the History of the Internet book. I'm just now getting around to reading it, myself, thanks to being away half this month and then moving into a place that I'm having to purge of mold and partially rebuild. I've never made cabinets before. Time to learn how.
Back on point, I'll have the Oct. selection made soon! -

I shall make a general comment and say I really enjoyed the podcast. The books chosen aren't typically my cup of tea, but I sure do likes when dem smarty pants start a-talkin' 'bout 'em.
I'm a big fan of book discussions. If one generates enough interesting content from its readers, I'm usually convinced. Keep up the good work Jon, dear. -
