I was looking at professional photos the other day, and there were some night photos of cars and the tail lights were leaving trails. I thought it looked pretty sweet and figured id try it out. I feel it works. I mean no one ever specified what the shutter speed and aperture of the fictious fictious camera we are using to take these shots is. So i figured id use some creativity. Do you not like it? Do you feel it does not work?
I think it makes him look pretty effin' dangerous. My instincts tell me glowing eyes = will kill me, and glowing eyes with trail behind them = is already on his way to kill me.
I was feeling it. In the medium of comicry, where you have to suggest a lot of motion the vision trails, like speed lines, tell the reader "WHEE! I'M MOVING!" while looking super cool at the same time.
maybe they're SPECIAL bullets... upon contact with them, reyes' skin will melt off and he'll run around all crazy like that radioactive-waste guy in robocop 1.

For the five seconds before he gets splatted?
(Had a friend who liked to slo-mo the head rolling over the vehicle after the hit. I think said friend is on the FBI's watch list now...)
It's kinda weird, he's implying he's anti-robot or pro-robot freedom. But he works for TEH EVLI COMPANY. Or is it all a diversion!? Who knows!? We want another page!

At a guess, it's disinformation of some sort. Rebo doesn't strike me, from what's been seen of him in the comic, to be the fanatic that line might make one think he is.
