[quote="RobotBastard"]My little cat has some kind of sinus issue, so every now and then he sneezes and blows out a booger that's bigger than his actual nose. I have no idea how it comes out. I don't get much chance to examine the thing, though, because he also likes to eat them. and that makes you feel awesome
I can make milkshakes. In fact, all the boys come to the yard when I make a milkshake. And they're all like, damn, this is a pretty good milkshake right here.

I never have to step into the philly apartment again. Jerry and I finished cleaning it up and patching holes today. This was celebrated with copious amounts of chinese food and donuts+. I only wish there were more things of Gerrett's there that we could have destroyed.
We started at 12:30 today with 1/4 of a treasure chest built for a show that opens Thursday. Thanks to the help of a man who looks exactly like George Lopez, by 9:30 PM we had a pirate ship, a steering wheel, and two masts. All that's left is finishing the treasure chest and putting sails on the mast.
It's gonna work. We're gonna pull it off. We can do this pirate show!
Rocking and rolling on solving a couple persistent and annoying problems. The priv is too big on your exchange server and on a different box your exchange needs to be reinstalled.
Me and my friends stayed up for 26 hours. We did our final show, then went to a restaurant, ate delicious burgers, and then wandered the streets of the city for five hours from midnight till 5 am when Rob had to go home. We saw an awesome driver, saw an awesome worm, played with lightsabers at 3 am, and talked about life and love and everything.
Walking back, me and David found free art and saluted all the 5 AM drivers. Then we played the Wild Zero drinking game with shots of Mountain Dew. We wanted to die by the end, but we made it. Then we passed out for about 4 hours.

It was the greatest morning of my life. That sounds like an epic experience!
So, after dumping the girl who I fenced before I realized I always had a crush on another girl, and it happens this crush has being on the back of my mind for a year or so. So after saving all my courage I finally asked her out and she told me that she kind of was seeing someone and that she does not know what feelings they have for each other. So it was a no!
But I gotta say it feels good to take something out of your chest. Now to finish studying for Organic Chemistry 2
[quote="RobotBastard"]I...guess that's awesome? I still think you should have kept seeing the girl you fenced with, 'coz dat shit's MAD HOT yo!
Vigorous thrusts against an unguarded flank leading to penetration... Well, when school is over fencing is also over, and she and I have completely different points of views on what really matters in life.
So I failed my skills examine at my IT class yesterday, which sucks. HOWEVER!!!!!!!! so did like, everyone else. So I guess we're retaking it tomorrow. That's dandy.
[quote="shaloop"]If I watched more than two fansubs I'd probably ask you for the secret of your video alchemy. But I'll just continue to endure MKV files for now.
Haha , it's not that there's a lot of alchemy involved but rather that the sheer time it takes to do it , with every episode taking 30 + minutes on my horde of Dual Core Intels.
The thing what I fricking hate is when they encode some of those episodes at one of those insane resolutions like 1600x900 it literally freezes my computer for 3 minutes or so to start playing the damn thing , and makes seeking in the file an impossibility due to the massive overhead.
[quote="Dave"][quote="djdrastic"]Finally managed to enocde all my MKV files into AVI format.Sweet Jesus I hate you fansubbers.
Is there a way to do this that isn't retarded? I'd love to watch the rare fansubs I DO watch on my PS3, but mkv isn't doin' that shit.
Ehh still not quite. The MKV file is a virtual free-for all in terms of rules and container formats so it's still an effing pain.
I'm not entirely sure the capabilities of the PS3 but I use mainly use 2-3 programs to do this.Alltoavi which can batch convert a bunch of file into a mp4 w/mp3 soundtrack. The only thing that I find annoying with AlltoAVI is that I cannot change the size of the subs so I tend to find that they just aren't big enough for me but YMMV.
Then I open up the MKV files I want with mkvtool-gui and extract the subtitle streams.
And lastly I use Total Converter to To add the external subtitle to the mp4 file to create a fully DivX compliant file .
There might be other packages that can do this in one step , but I've had issues with other projects like Audio / Video Anomolies as well as strange subtitle problems. What I somewhat like is that Step 1 and Step 3 can be done in batch so you can pretty much do 2-50 videos , with a few clicks. The subbing thing in still laborious , though I haven't really had a look to see if there was an easier way of doing it.
