Ignore everything that goes on in Ong Bak 2 that isn't Jaa just fighting people while paying homage to all the actors that came before him. The training sequence alone he does about 8 different styles.
Gundam 0083. I was lead to believe this was terrible, but so far I like it a lot more than 08th MS Team. Can't compare to 0080 or Unicorn but not a lot can.
Also Himitsu; which is like Inception if Inception was super gay and not very good.

Also, I've heard that in Ong Bak 3, Tony Jaa's character gets all of his bones broken, and develops a style of "boneless" kung fu. And that sounds awesome.

I saw that film for the first time since I was like 8 last year. It is truly Arnold's greatest acting role and a fantastic movie. RIP Phil Hartman, he had so much more awesome to give the world.
[quote="Spankminister"]Watched the first 2 eps of Occult Academy, it was pretty enjoyable, thanks for recommending it.
Also, the Absolute Territory levels in that show are off the charts.
I would like to retract my recommendation of Occult Academy. Episode 1 was interesting because it seemed to focus on the female main character, featured pretty funny sight gags and
Spoiler:
she chopped off her demon possessed dad's head with an axe.
Episodes 3 and 4 also have some funny moments, but focus on the male lead, who alternates between Shinji levels of cowardice/ whining and "oh my god there's a boob next to my hand" and "indirect kiss!" bullshit that surpasses Love Hina. They also introduce a big-breasted, high pitched love interest for him who works as a waitress and loves to cook curry for him and drives a Porsche and makes the most delicious bread and UGUUUUUUUUUUU
Fuck this show, I'm done. I watched episodes 5 and 6, which went off on yet another side character that I can't care about. There are problems when I'm cheering for the mechanic to come back, a character who barely has lines, and just wears a jumpsuit with a happy face on it, and beats the shit out of monsters with a huge wrench. This show doesn't know what it wants to be most of the time, and when it does, it goes tilting at the stupidest windmill it can find. As far as I can tell, this is a really stupid tween version of The Strange Case Files of Yakushiji Ryouko.
Someone took a Justin Bieber song and slowed it down 800%. It sounds like angels singing across an ocean. http://soundcloud.com/shamantis/j-biebz-u-smile-800-slower#play
Listening to X-Ray Spex, Matthew Dear, and The Undertones.
I'm currently watching the Tatami Galaxy and trying to keep up with the fast paced dialogue. It's a shame I have to spend so much time reading the english subtitles instead of gazing at the cool and interesting animation. I thinks it's pretty avant-garde yet visually pleasing with a lot of clever sight gags.
Also, I basically have my foot in my mouth in regards to the new Arcade Fire album. It's pretty great even though it's less of a rock album. Despite the lack of more fast paced uptempo songs, there is a lot of beauty and texture to appreciate throughout the record. Some of the songs near the end tend to sound sort of the same and don't really stand out from one another. It could have been shorter but still, another great release nonetheless.
His latest album is all I've heard. I like that direction rather than that techno-pop track. I'm an 80's synth/electro-pop man and I love some of these revivalists
Watched "Piranhas 3D" because Christopher Lloyd Superfan No. 1 dragged me to it. It is basically Revenge Of The Creature made in 2010. It includes underwater naked girls swimming which is the only redeeming quality. This is not enough to make up for forcing us to look at Jerry O'Connell's severed wang.
[quote="Digitalguardian"]Cop Out, the highlight of this film is Tracey Morgan. I wonder how much of his dialogue is ad-libbed. There was a time that Tracy Morgan wasn't that funny to me. I am deeply embarrassed by this now.
There're a couple of reasons. My first one is how the album's arranged. because the same type of songs are grouped together in one section of the album, many people have been asking "when does one song end and another one begin. Individually the songs are really good, but the way they're set up is very tired.
As a rapper, Drake is really . Singing wise he's pretty good, but as a rapper he's not good lyrically. He's definitely trying, but he still needs to work on it. A perfect example of this is Light Up, where you can hear him doing his best to prove he's one of the best lyrically and Jay-Z, who's haven't been great lately, Killed him before his verse is half way done.
He's sort of a lousy rapper on those bravado type songs mostly due to his fake street accent. That's right. Jimmy Brooks never used to speak like that.
Sometimes, when he finishes a line it's as if he just ate rotten sushi and he's trying to get the taste out of his mouth. Either that or someone just punched him the stomach. Whatever the deal is, it's not attractive. But it's not terrible and it doesn't ruin the music. And you're right; he is a better singer.
I think he stands out lyrically, if not vocally on those introspective songs such as Fireworks, Karaoke, The Resistance, and the less emotional Show Me A Good Time. I like the sparse arrangements as well; Atmospheric and down-tempo.
Kara no Kyoukai aka Garden of Sinners, the serialized 7-part movie by the Type Moon Tsukihime people. It's basically the same crap as Tsukihime, but I find it more bearable for some reason. There's a lot of still shots and monologues to save on animation, and the main character is tsundere with a capital tsun... but when the show wants to be creepy, it's genuinely creepy. Helping what I'm sure will be a stupid plot, is the fact that they don't explain it, and let you figure it out bit by bit as a puzzle. Also, I can't help but like Type Moon's insane character designs-- the main chick wears a blue kimono, combat boots, and a red leather bomber jacket on top of it, and it works.

I agree it doesn't ruin the music, in fact most rap songs are my favorites from the album, I just feel that some of he rap verses are unnecessary. But hey, if Aubrey Graham can get in & out of a wheelchair he can make any kind of album he wants.
Listening to Interpol's first album, Turn on the Bright Lights. I don't know why I put off hearing it for so long because these songs are so addicting. Also, I love Ian Curtis
Spoiler:
. Checking out Sufjan Stevens new EP. All Delighted People is a great song. Very beautiful and sweet.
